A Canadian resident of China pleaded guilty in New York federal court on Thursday to looting Tesla “TSLA.O”, opens new tab electric-vehicle battery manufacturing trade secrets and complot to sell them to private government agents, in accordance to the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).
